I decided to stay in Nagano this year and catch up on some work.
I spent most of the vacation making a new file for the kids class....I finally finished it yesterday! Yaaaaaay!!! It is a little bit too big now.... 250 pages....but I tried to make the new file more fun.

I also spent time weeding the garden (草取り) at the new Canadian Voice
As you can see the クラピア is growing very well.
Ayako sensei likes these flowers that grow on the クラピア ... and the BEES seem to love them but I am not so crazy about them. I would prefer just a nice "green" colour.
Well..I pulled out a lot of weeds but I think the weeds won...I managed to get most of them but I was surprised at how fast they keep growing back.
While I was working in the garden, I saw so many mosquitoes.
My legs were covered in mosquito bites.
I am sure they come from all the rice fields which are near the school.
I am sure the mail man was relieved to see our new mailbox.
Now he doesn't have to ring the doorbell every day.
