TOEIC ....GOOD JOB!

My students are the best....I am very proud of you all...
And congratulations to THIS student who did really well on the TOEIC test in January.  She almost got a perfect score on the listening.

小学5年生で、英検3級1次試験満点合格!!! もちろん2次面接も合格しました。
2011年、第3回の英検では、カナディアンボイス受験者の中で最年少、5才の男の子が4級に合格しました。 皆さん、頑張っています。



Good job....Next is... 6月、2級にチャレンジします。

It snowed today...in Nagano...

When I woke up this morning...I looked out the window and I was surprised to see that it was snowing.   Snow?  How can it be snowing...it's almost April!

Well, I decided to take some pictures of the snow.....AND....While I was taking pictures from the window, I looked down and I saw Ayako Sensei shoveling the sidewalk.  Good job Ayako!

Hope it gets warmer soon.  I'm looking forward to Hanami parties!

BLOOD types WEEK 6....

Well...I made the plan for this week's lesson... We will be busy.

e.    ”どうめいし” ~ I will introduce them.... 
f.     Wine ordering game…
This week will be busy.  Hope you are all ready.  Don't worry if you can't remember all the ordering terms.  It is no problem.
And...On Monday I told Kumi that the gym was closed
....I'M SO SORRY...I made a mistake...I mixed up this week and next week.

Elliot 11 is UP!

Well...I enjoyed my holiday on Tuesday.  There were SOOOO many things that I wanted to do ... BUT... I slept until 4 o'clock in the afternoon.  When I woke up, I realized how tired I really was.   Now...I feel a lot better....and yesterday I got a lot of work finished & I washed my laundry. 
So, now I am prepared and I have a lot more clean socks.

Blood Types ~ Week 4

Help...It is almost 3:00 in the morning...I am gettng tired...

Well...I retyped "Blood Types 4" .... and it is ready to go for tomorrow....

This week ... The lesson will be in 3 parts AGAIN!....

a. We will continue our "Blood Type" story with Misaki and Hiroyuki
Hiroyuki will ask Misaki out and they will go to a restaurant.

b. We will look again at "Chapter 4 ~ Invitations" in the textbook
we will practice making more polite invitations....
we will learn and practice how to make (いいわけ) good excuses.
c.  We will play a game!  Sam the waiter....An ordering food game...Good Luck!

I know many people are busy in March but ....PLEASE COME TO CLASS...I DON'T WANT TO BE LONELY.....

Well...The kids in my Saturday kids and mothers class have learned a lot of vocab and grammar for only studying 30 minutes a week for a year.
